Shipping
We ship across Europe, except for countries such as Russia and Belarus.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the confirmation unless otherwise stated. Each SSONDER piece is crafted to order in Ukraine to stay sustainable and avoid overproduction. Please allow 14-21 days for your order to be made and delivered. Shipping times may vary by destination. Tracking will be provided. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, incorrect addresses, or courier issues. For more detailed information, please contact us. The cost of delivery of international orders is paid before shipment according to the tariffs of the delivery service.
Pay attention! Shipping costs do not include customs clearance costs. Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the destination country. The recipient bears additional costs for customs clearance upon receipt, in turn, we have no control over such costs and cannot predict what they may be.
